On March 6, Kaihua County Party Committee and County Government, in accordance with the requirements of the 8th Session of the 12th County Committee, held rural work conference for further implementing the spirits of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party as well as Central, Provincial and municipal rural work conference, for concluding and reviewing agricultural and rural work for the last year, for in-depth analyzing the current situation, and comprehensively formulate reform and development task in rural area.

The meeting was held by the County Chief，Jin Ming, and Secretary of County Committee Mao Jianmin and some county level leaders participated in the conference for awarding medals and certificates to the honored department and individuals. On the conference, the Secretary of County Committee Mao Jianmin fully affirmed the fruitful results achieved in agricultural and rural work by each village and town government and enterprises during the year of 2008. Secretary Mao laid stress on strengthening leadership, fulfilling basic work, and focusing on work implementation. And Deputy County Chief Wang Yuyang has made a specific deployment on agricultural and rural work in 2009.
