On the afternoon of Oct. 19, the party committee and government of Kaihua County held a reforming and improvement meeting on China Root Art Expo Garden to be National 5A Tourist Attraction. Fang Jianzhong emphasized that it is a distinct opportunity for the Root Art Expo Garden with great significance; therefore, relevant villages, towns and departments should assume their responsibilities to accelerate reforming task implementation to make sure smooth inspection and acceptance in accordance with the requirements of Provincial Preliminary Assessment Expert Group. Besides, the Deputy County Chief Li Huarong and Zou Yanhui presented at the meeting.

From this year, the party committee and government of Kaihua County further implements the strategic disposition of “to highlight a center, and to launch two battles” put forward by the municipal party committee and government and constantly speeds up the pace of tourism development. They take turning Root Art Expo Garden into a National 5A Tourist Attraction as a strategic task to promote county-wide economic and social development. They established a specialized leader team consisting of main leaders from County Party Committee and County Government to held construction promotion conferences for many times and to ensure each task implemented effectively. On Oct. 12, after inspection and evaluation, Provincial Preliminary Assessment Expert Group approved that the Kaihua Root Art Expo Garden has met the construction standard and requirements of a National 5A Tourist Attraction and did a feedback on the reforming and improving problems.
